next month Mazda will present these 2 new versions.
Next to be presented officially next month that comes in the Tokyo Auto Salon, Mazda has unveiled two new versions of the MX-5. These, in principle, have a small what’s new aesthetic, although we’re not sure at the moment whether these developments will be transferred to the range as a regular model.
These new versions are based on each of the options of body available in the range of the model, Roadster, and RF.
The one who receives the most new aesthetic is called RF Custom Style, is based on the hard top version of RF, and has new details of the bodywork. In the front we find a new splitter, which stresses the front bumper as a thin line, which is raised in its central zone.

That same touch we find it again in the heel cup, where we find the low of the sides in the same finish gloss black of the new front splitter. This version also has a suspension height-adjustable, which introduces new anti-roll bar. Likewise, it has new sport exhaust system.
For its part, the Mazda MX-5 Roadster receives a finish very special. While not showing any technical difference or new item as the previous version RF, the MX-5 Roadster is presented in red color Classic Network, one of the colors that made up the color palette of the original Mazda MX-5 of 1990, the first and iconic first-generation model.
Saving to this detail, a color that probably thrown out of at least many customers, since the only one available until now was the red metallic, the MX-5 Roadster does not have any other variations in front of the MX-5 regular.

By the time we do not know the commercial destination of these new versions, which will be presented Friday 13 January at the Tokyo Auto Salon, not to be confused with the Tokyo Motor Show, an event held at the end of the year.
