Sales October 2015: Mexico

One of the markets that is showing the best behavior in this 2015 is no doubt the mexican, with figures that do not stop growing month-to-month reaching records, something that is confirmed when you see how between January and October has already surpassed the barrier of one million units.

mexicoibizaSi, we analysed the mexican market during the past month of October, the registrations of new vehicles increased by 18.8% in comparison with the same month of the previous year, including here the data of passenger cars, commercial, pick ups and suvs.

By brands the most notable positive were Dodge (+88,8%), Mitsubishi (+48,1%), RAM (+34.0 per cent), Buick (+For 60.9%), Subaru (+52,2%) and even Alfa Romeo, a firm that also is the one that obtains the greatest increase in comparison with a growth of 332,8%.

Among the brands that did not have a good month of October, there is that mention Land Rover (-34,1%), Smart (-92,9%), Isuzu (-33,0%), Jeep (-28,0%), Acura (-41,8%), Lincoln (-19,1%) and, to a lesser extent, also Renault (-3,9%).

ford_figo_28Finally, the Chevrolet Aveo has managed to regain first place after several months, harassed by the Nissan Versa, a sedan design nondescript but good relation price-facilities. Other highlights of the month for good behavior have been the Toyota Yaris, VW Polo, Ford Fiesta, Honda City, SEAT Toledo and Mazda2.

Among the products that have not had a tenth month positive there is that quote to the Nissan Has, Dodge Journey, Toyota RAV4, Chevrolet Cruze, Toyota Avanza and Suzuki Swift.
