X-Tomi Design dares you with a limousine of the new Opel Insignia

Opel Insignia Limusina render

Since there is little to see on our high streets, the new Opel Insignia Grand Sport, whose concept is quite different to the one we knew until our days of the Opel Insignia. No longer try to be a saloon, conventional and general, although very well finished, by the way; but a model type “gran coupe” with a silhouette very soft and two doors on each side of the body.

The Opel Insignia Grand Sport grows over its predecessor, not much in the total length of the body, but yes in the distance between axes which represents 92 mm to improve the space of the passenger compartment. Another important point is that, with respect to the model it replaces, it is 175 kilos lighter. We have already seen a couple of recreations that are looking for the sportsmanship, as the course Opel Insignia Grand Sport OPC, or a variant of only two doors, but this is quite different.

has Again been X-Tomi Design the charge of a render based on the Opel Insignia Grand Sport, and it seems that he has taken well to the measure. On this occasion, as we see, has not tried to look for any sporty approach nor a body convertible, but a body more extended long battle; we could say that a limousine.

This render reminds us, and much, the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class Pullman by his area intermediate between the front and rear doors. Otherwise, it is just an Opel Insignia, which has increased dramatically in length and distance between the axles to give priority to the space and comfort in the rear seats. The occupants of the seats later would see it as significantly increases space for the legs. Of time is only a render, but as X-Tomi Design has given a good idea to the design department of Opel and dare to develop any drive, who knows?
