Alfa Romeo returns to skills with the Giulietta TCR Romeo Ferraris

After several years, Alfa Romeo returns officially to the tracks, this time from the hand of the Giulietta prepared by Romeo Ferraris. His debut will take place in the season 2016.

Romeo Ferraris took the basis of Giulietta Quadrifoglio Verde to develop the racing cars that was introduced recently and that these days is having your track debut in its first official test held at the circuit of San Martino del Lago.

The team was pleased about the first tests at the hands of the pilots Michela Cerruti and Salvatore Tavano, ensuring that the car has a very well-balanced, with a torque available at all times and good stopping power.

The Giulietta uses a 4-cylinder engine and 1742cc, front-wheel drive, gearbox Sadev 6-gear, Macpherson strut front suspension, multi-link rear suspension, front brakes with 6-pot calipers and discs 378mm and rear brakes with 4-pot calipers and discs 290mm.

Alfa Romeo Giulietta TCR will be ready for march 2016. Romeo Ferraris will build 10 units that will be made available to teams private at a cost of 98,000 € plus tax, to participate in the various championships TCR of the next season 2016.
