The new Q5 is already peeking face before its debut in Paris 2016.
The new generation of the Audi Q5 will be presented next week, when it opens its doors the edition 2016 of the Paris Salon. For this reason, the German brand continues its slow process of presentation of the model, showing now a new photography, to mode-teaser, which reveals a bit more than the previous images, which also came accompanied by a video.
If in the first step, Audi showed us the benefits of the new system Audi Connect will be available in the Q5, with integration to the systems of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, in the following teaser, the German brand has already showed us the technological clusters that will have this new generation. In this new image, we can already appreciate the early features of the front of the Q5, the integration of the optical front, the new front and, above all, part of the central grill and the hood.
The first detail that strikes us is how the grille Singleframe Audi, while you have the ways that we’ve been able to see in the latest models of the brand, now resorts to the same thick frame that is already present in the Audi Q3. A frame that contrasts with its metallic color and is thicker in the edges that touch the headlights, which as we saw above, have technology Audi Matrix LED.
Another detail that we can already see the full, thanks to the new video posted and that you will find at the foot of the article, is its boot, which we understand will grow in size compared to its predecessor.
At the technical level, we know that it will be based on the modular platform MQB, which is based on the new A4 and A5, so we hope to see as reduces the weight of the crossover at least 100 kilos, in addition to winning the system Audi Virtual Cokpit, so that the dash digital media the mark shall also extend to the new crossover.
In terms of their engines, we do not expect to find too many surprises.

today, with the possibility of versions of all-wheel drive quattro or
front-wheel drive. Later, we’ll get the versions
special S, which in this iteration could have a six-cylinder
TDI with a power around 300 – 350 HP and also for later,
we will see in the new range Q5 the inevitable hybrid version.
