We are living a war of power cruel in the compact segment. Every time there is more fighters and ever more power, starting with the compact premium, which is rising with the total traction for nearly 400 horses. Now comes DTE Systems and gives you a boost at the Audi RS3, which now amounts to 410 horsepower.
May not be the most powerful but one of the most simple preparations, and that is that the novelty is only focused on a new chip that is installed in the engine. In fact, it has not been touched, nor the mechanics or the aesthetics of the car, which remains unaltered with all the details own of the RS3.
DTE Systems gives us a new level of power to overcome thus to their rival more direct, the Mercedes-AMG A45 of 381 horses. The trainer has placed a chip in the engine power PowerControl SNT raises 43 horsepower and 92 Nm of torque data engine series.
The 2.5 turbo 5-cylinder now produces 410 horsepower and 557 Nm of torque, all associated, as usual, to an all-wheel drive system quattro. The numbers of benefits that have transcended indicate that this Audi RS3 by DTE Systems is able to make the recovery 100-160 km/h in 1.1 seconds less.
Without being a preparation to an extreme, it is an interesting option for those who look for a significant extra power without being interested in installing new mechanical components. This mode returns to exceed the Mercedes-AMG A45, even if not in an official way. The hopes are that Audi offer an RS3 with an extra spicy, maybe covered in a Plus version or Performance.
