To close the week, to those who follow me, I like to leave you a post with something more than a story; I want you to think a little and try to change the consciousness of society, even if that change is minimal. If its owner had abandoned it, from my point of view (and care that each one can think as you want) you should go straight to jail. The reason is basic and is answered with several questions as to why that animal has had to lose his life because his owner has not been aware or have forgotten about him? why is that the owner has endangered our lives by not taking care of your dog?
If the animal has escaped and the owner is not aware of the situation, the thing changes, but the owner does not cease to be responsible subsidiary of the acts that may cause their animals. However, the area by which traffic daily is very given to leave their pets. This makes the animals in the majority of cases are undocumented, and if you cause an accident, can not know who is the owner and therefore responsible for the problems you cause.
we will Never know if this poor mastiff was abandoned or if they escaped. Nor will we know if his owner has not had anything to do in the accident in which your pet was lost and looking for it thinking that what you can find with life. What is that if it was abandoned it should be a crime and no one is missing, because part of putting the animal’s life in danger it puts the drivers.
