More than 55,000 people have visited this past weekend Auto Retro in the pavellón 8 of the Fira de Barcelona in Plaza España. 300 exhibitors and 600 vehicles were the focus of attention of the lovers of classic vehicles who decided to visit the International living Room of the vintage Vehicle. These are the five cars that I liked in this edition.
Porsche 911
Manufactured in 1965, to be piloted by Juan Fernández in the Monte carlo Rally in 1966, this 911’s competition will once again travel the roads monegasque in 2016. To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the involvement of Fernandez, Antonio Zanini and Carles Beltran of NouOnze Team will drive this Porsche classic in the next edition of the Rally Montecarlo.
Citroën DS21 Cabriolet
One of the last DS 21 Cabriolet constructed from a total of 1365, this issue, 1971, with the body designed by Henri Chapron is preserved in completely original. The that was probably the car’s most innovative TWENTIETH century equipped with a motor of 4 cylinders in line of 2,2 liters and 125 HP, and to this day it remains one of the cars with suspension more comfortable thanks to its technology hidroneumática.
Delahaye 135M Cabriolet
Built in 1939 for a client, and Portuguese, this car with chassis manufactured by Delahaye and body of the French Henri Chapron is powered by an engine 6 in-line cylinders and 3.5-liter with 90 HP of power. Today only have survived for 20 units with the finishing “Grand Luxe” which is included in this vehicle, which gave the customer the opportunity to modify to your liking the body design and the interior finish.
Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona
One of 1284 Daytona manufactured, this model of 1969 equipped with a V12 engine of 4.4 liters and 350 HP. Built by Pininfarina in the form of a wedge, usually Lamborghini, Ferrari, designer Leonardo Fioravanti stated that he worked 7 days without a break to devise the 365 GTB/4. To displeasure of Enzo Ferrari, the press coined the name Daytona in honor of the victory, second and third place obtained by Ferrari in the 24 hours of Daytona in 1967.
Jaguar E-Type Roadster
that was in your day appointed by Enzo Ferrari as the most beautiful car ever made continues to retain its appeal. Personally the lines of the Roadster seem to me to be even more beautiful than the coupe, this being a couple of copies of the first series of the E-Type is my favorite of the stand of Auto Storica. With a 6-cylinder engine in-line, a 4.2-liter and 265 HP it is for me a classic car perfect for a sunny weekend and just driving.
above we have a mini gallery of 23 photos Which of these cars you like more?
