Brazil: Honda will use the 1.0 Turbo engine 140 hp in the Fit and City

  

Honda confirmed that their models produced in Brazil will have the turbo engines of Earth Dreams series. Mercosur thrusters arrive in the coming months to equip a first step to Fit, City and Civic.


 

Honda-Fit E n the context of a specialized press event held in Brazil, Honda officially announced the arrival in the region of the line thrusters Earth Dreams , in combinations of three-cylinder 1.0 liter 4-cylinder engine and 1.5 liters of displacement.

The thrusters will be adapted to function in flex mode, ie it can also be used with ethanol. The three-cylinder 1.0 turbo engine developed an output around 140 horsepower and will be responsible for giving life to the Honda Fit and Honda City, replacing the current 1.5-liter 4-cylinder, 120 hp of force.
