A he time of its commercial launch in Brazil, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles had announced that the Jeep Renegade would also be offered in a version with basic configuration which today was officially announced as Renegade Flex 1.8 .

This is the most austere and accessible version that Brazilians can acquire and under achieve that goal, dispenses with some elements that encarecerían its price. These include alloy wheels were replaced by a more conventional stamped steel , as with the most accessible versions of the Ford EcoSport. But it also offers the 1.8-liter engine , associated with a five-speed manual transmission and front-wheel drive only.

price is 68,900 reais , which means that it is just more expensive than the Ford EcoSport more accessible, which began its tariffs on 67,700 real, about 18 billion euros at current exchange rates.
