British grand Prix F1 2017: Results of classification

The third practice session at the circuit of Silverstone took place without major problems. A little continuing what we saw yesterday in the sessions of free 1 and 2. Today the important thing was the classification in the Great Britain GP F1 2017. The classification has been fairly close for the area above, with a nice battle between the two leaders of the world, Hamilton and Vettel. Finally, the pole has been to the british pilot with the companion of the German coming on the heels of tomorrow in the output. On the other hand, Bottas, who has been doing an amazing job have to penalize 5 positions, so you are supposed to have worked most hard towards the race for the classification and to try tomorrow to finish on the podium.

The two Ferrari have shown to be very competitive in this race and have managed to make second and third today, something that was missing, as Kimi was a bit loose from a few years ago in terms of performance, and today it has been ahead of Vettel. Expected more of him and not what he has given, that’s why I’m not sure that will happen with his contract with the Maranello and its renewal. The placement of the two red cars after the solitude of Hamilton are going to make things difficult tomorrow in the race, as it is only to the front and that’s counting on you to make a appropriate output and maintain its leading position after the first few turns. If he does not get an advantage that will allow you to make a career, comfortable in terms of strategies, you could lose your position and let some valuable points to Vettel who can’t afford to lose because of the situation that has for its abandonment…

light rain the start of the session have put more spice to the session, by starting with tire intermediate and leaving a nice first position to Alonso in Q1. Something that has not lasted long and when the rain worsened and the track was drying. The track was tricky in some areas, but was improving. However, remember that have focused on race, to improve the setup of the car for this one, since that classification does not have anything to do with the punishment of 25+5 posts that have Fernando for tomorrow’s departure, that is to say, that it would last yes or yes. This time it will have the Spec 3 and see how it happens in the race tomorrow and if it can be traced back a few posts. On the other hand, very well by Stoffel Vandoorne, who has been able to get for the first time in Q3 and finish 8th. That is a clear symptom of improvement of the Honda engine, although the statements of the Woking are not very satisfactory and we don’t know how it will end its relationship with the japanese.

By the way, the Spanish has finished 13th finally, just ahead of Carlos Sainz Jr. that has finished 14th. By seeing the positive side that it comes out last, to say that maybe you cannot see it got into trouble and accidents like those that ended his career last GP. Returning to the subject of Carlos, has not been able to get out in front of his team-mate, Russian Daniil Kvyat has managed to be a little faster than him and come out 12th. By the way, amazing the time of Nico Hülkenberg has been able to put the Renault in that good position. On the other side of the coin we are watching Williams, who in the last few races does not pick-up head with times pretty bad, lagging far behind in the peloton with Haas and Sauber. I don’t know that happens to the team of Frank, but they are not having a good performance in certain circuits. The Williams is very simple aerodynamically speaking and it seems that it costs them to have an acceptable performance in spite of its Mercedes engine.

Tomorrow we expect an interesting race, we’ll see how it behaves the climatología. Anyway, the circuit of Silverstone is amazing, and does not need too many additives to make it an appointment that is attractive to the fans. I hope that we can have a good race tomorrow and that the two Spanish representatives have luck and can take advantage of the opportunities that you have prepared the target. By above we know that it is expected a fight fought between Ferrari and Mercedes, just need to see how they end up in the drawer of the podium and see if Bottas manages to overcome and face up to the Ferrari. Ah! By the way, yesterday I forgot to mention that the shield that proved Ferrari was a failure, will have to check it out, because Vettel felt dizzy to look through it, so that instead of increasing the security could reduce it if you do not fix that.
