Gradually Citroën is introducing the most efficient mechanical in their oldest models. The BlueHDi engines are gaining ground in the field of diesel, the same way that gasoline engines PureTech family does too. Now it’s Citroën C3 Picasso which welcomes one of these efficient three-cylinder engines, in this case 1.2 turbo 110 hp . It is associated with a manual five relations.
This becomes more interesting fuel alternative, with 110 hp at 5500 rpm and 205 Nm of torque at 1500 turns already available. Its average consumption is placed at 5.0 liters and CO2 emissions are 20% lower than the 1.6 VTi 120 hp and goes 107 grams per kilometer and resulting exempt from registration tax. This makes the turbo engine is 150 euros cheaper than the 1.6 atmospheric it replaces.
The new 1.2 Turbo 110 horses PureTech makes the C3 Picasso complete the 0-100 in 10.7 seconds , with a top speed of 187 km / h. The 1.6 VTi requires 10.9 seconds and reaches a top speed identical, although their average consumption is 6.4 liters and is less elastic and less engine torque, thus less pleasant to drive.

The Collection finish adds 17 “wheels, gloss black trim and Voyage Pack which includes a number of elements that enhance the versatility of the minivan.
The only ones available are optional metallic paint (€ 475) or white (175 €) and tel panoramic glass roof for Collection (570 €). The other engines offered by this model are the 1.4 VTi 95 bhp and the 1.6 diesel 90 and 115 horses, the less potent with manual shift driven.
