The BMW X1 2016 arrived in the colombian market. This is the second generation of the SUV but guy from BMW, who comes to Colombia with a single finish, two engines and only with front-wheel drive and automatic transmission.

this Is the SUV smaller German brand, which comes fully renovated not only to aesthetic level but is also based on a new platform that takes as the basis of the current 2-Series Active Tourer. This meant the adoption of engines available cross-sectional and front-wheel drive, although all modes will continue to be offered in versions of four-wheel drive.
The new BMW X1 is smaller that the model which it replaces, since its length is reduced by 4 inches, totaling 4.43 ft. The offer of the new BMW X1 2016 to Colombia is articulated on the basis of a single trim level called Exclusive. Its standard equipment includes ABS brakes with EBD, 8 airbags, stability control ESP, traction control and ISOFIX.

As optional are the system of lighting, Full LED, a package of assistance to the conduct referred to Driving Assistant Plus, dynamic control of suspension DDC system and Head-Up Display.
Under the hood there will be two options. The first of these is the so-called sDrive20i, that uses a turbo engine with block of 2.0 liters in the front that produces 192 horsepower, in addition of a diesel variant called the sDrive18d, on the basis of a turbo diesel engine of 2.0-liter with 150 hp. Both are offered only with front-wheel drive sDrive, at the same time that the automatic transmission eight marches is by far the only option available.
