Double Spanish appointment in the season 2017 GP2 and GP3

The season 2017 GP2 and GP3 will have two tests in
Spain after confirming that Sherry will host an appointment common to both categories
in the first weekend of the month of October, being in both cases the only
test organised on the sidelines of the Formula 1 World. All in all, the presence of
our country does not end here, as Barcelona and Valencia also host part of the pre-season test, work which will be shared in the case of the
GP2 with Shakir and in the case of the GP3 with the layout Portuguese Estoril.

GP2 account in 2017 with a total of eleven appointments, being the change
the more remarkable the above-mentioned arrival of Sherry as a substitute of the appointment in Sepang.
Sharing calendar in ten of their eleven tests with Formula 1, the
category support has been chosen by travel to Bahrain at the beginning of the season -as already done in 2015 – to fill the gap left by Germany. This
form, after the pre-season test in Barcelona (13,14 and 15 may),
teams of the category will be shifted to Bahrain to face the second test of winter and the meeting’s inaugural contest.

For his part, the GP3 features a calendar in 2017
eight quotes. The contest will start in Barcelona on the occasion of the GP of Spain
Formula 1 and will end in November in the GP of Abu Dhabi. In between, the
category accompany you to the Formula 1 in scenarios such notables as the Red Bull
Ring, Silverstone, the Hungaroring, Spa-Francorchamps and Monza. The category is
uncheck in the month of October to compete in Jerez de la frontera, path
it will share with the GP2, before travelling to the last event of the year at Yas
Marina.

The GP3 has also projected four sessions of test to
long-2017. Drivers and teams will be able to prepare the start of the season
in the three tests in two days the category will be in march and April
in Estoril, Barcelona and Valencia. In addition, once you have completed the first appointment
the calendar at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, the category has been scheduled
a test at the Hungaroring between the days 6 and 7 June, filling also the
great period of time that would be between the first and second round of the
contest.
