eCall systems are put in place in case of illness, accident or a mechanical breakdown. If you activate the button “SOS”, the vehicle is put in contact on-line with a platform of assistance, in which a telemarketer converses with the driver and after making a first assessment of the situation, will immediately notify the emergency services, the emergency call is automatically activated in case of deploy the airbags because it is possible that after a strong impact, the duct and the occupants are unconscious and unable to press that button.
In the event of a fault, you can resort to the call of assistance localized. It works similarly to the emergency call, activating a button with the logo of the brand. In this case, we will put you in direct contact with the mechanical assistance. The vehicle will send a message with the GPS location and it will be then when they come to our point to fix the problem at the time, or move the vehicle to a service officer near you.
