Ford Focus Red Edition and Black Edition colours for the compact

After the arrival of the Ford Fiesta Red Edition and Black Edition, the american manufacturer announces a special edition similar to the compact Ford Focus. With the combinations of red and black, the Ford Focus Red Edition and Black Edition make their first appearance and announce their availability in dealerships Spanish, both on the bodywork of five doors, as in the family SportBreak.

The Ford Focus Black Edition sports a body-color with black roof, mirrors, lip, and frame of the grill in colo Red Race, a combination that is reversed for the Ford Focus Red Edition. alloy wheels in black 18″ are common to the two combinations. On the inside both are the same, with some sports seats black with red stitching, also present in the steering wheel, the gear knob and the hand brake. A game of aluminum pedals adds another sporting touch to the cabin.

The sporty look of the Focus Black and Red Edition looks matched with a sport suspension, with springs 10% harder and stabilizer bars optimized. In the (mechanical, there are no differences with respect to other Focus and offers a range of engines varied.

In the gasoline Ford Focus Red Edition and Black Edition are available with the engine 1.0 EcoBoost 125 CV and the 1.5 EcoBoost 182 HP as the more powerful alternative (in some countries is also offered with 150 HP). The range diesel provides the 1.5 TDCi 120 CV, as well as the 2.0 TDCi of 150 CV. All versions are associated with the manual change of six speeds, but without the option of automatic gearbox or PowerShift.
