Started the first two official sessions this weekend. The German GP, F1 returns this 2016 after a “stop”, which should be a joy for all the fans of this country and above all for pilots with German nationality, who can return to racing in a home GP. In the first two sessions has not been too many major surprises, the Mercedes are still in front.
The situation, as I say, not much has changed. Mercedes is still to the front, quite strong. Behind seem to be the Ferrari, at least in the sessions of free 1 and 2, but they lack enough ground to reach the star. However, Maranello will have to be watching the two Red bulls, that seem very close to the italians and may possibly have something saved, that could make the weekend of the red in another bad anecdote.
We have seen a track very green, since the lack of running has made the conditions in which it has come to this asphalt are not the most appropriate (to the high temperatures of up to 40ºc do not help either). In addition, many young pilots is the first time he’s tested in F1 and are accommodating. That is why we have seen many departures in the curve 1. Without counting the number of times it has surpassed the limits of the track, something that the commissioners have been very serious and will examine with magnifying glass.
Carlos Sainz Jr and his teammate Daniil Kvyat have released some updates aero in this circuit. It seems that they will give them a few tenths, it was talked about 2 tenths per lap. Will have to check if they have worked, and if it is real that improvement. What is certain is that have been around the Top10, we’ll see tomorrow in qualifying and especially in the race what they can give, but it seems not to go wrong the Toro Rosso. We will have to wait to tomorrow to put all the cards on the table, because Williams should go well on this circuit… McLaren-Honda has not been bad, also inside or around the Top10 in almost the entire session.

Tomorrow we will see the true potential of all in qualifying, I hope it is equally interesting that the GP of Hungary. We will also be attentive to the latest news that emerges and see if it does not arise more and more news around the family Verstappen, since after Kimi in the last GP, all the drivers have criticised the attitude of the young man on the track and they have also come out some news about an assault of Jos Verstappen his father, something not very encouraging!… And by the way, happy birthday to Fernando Alonso for its 35th anniversary!
