After more than a year without the possibility of mechanical diesel, finally in these days returns to the mexican market, the Volkswagen Vento with technology TDI.
Volkswagen had decided to leave out of the range Vento the block diesel after the scandal of the emissions but, seeing that there was still interest in this version on mexican soil, they have decided to relanzarlo.
What is more novel is that it leaves the previous 1.6 TDI and bet for the more modern 1.5 TDI manufactured in India that develops 110 HP, that is to say, 5 more than before, while maximum torque is also increased slightly.
The Vento 1.5 TDI can be ordered both with the gearbox five-speed manual as with the dual-clutch DSG and seven relationships, although this last will not reach the dealerships until next June.
, The least convincing of the Vento TDI is that marketed solely with the finish Comfortline, greatly limiting the choice to consumers. Serial includes ABS, dual airbags, EBD, ISOFIX, etc
Other items that it offers at no extra cost are the electric windows front and rear, central locking with remote control, power mirrors, cruise control with limiter, trip computer, air conditioning, sound system with bluetooth, USB port, alloy wheels of 15 inch and back seat match.
The recommended prices are as follows:
- Vento 1.5 TDI 110 CV Comfortline 5MT 251.990 pesos (13.387$)
- Vento 1.5 TDI 110 CV Comfortline 7DSG 271.990 pesos (14.450$)
