At the Frankfurt Motor Show has been presented Hyundai N 2025 Vision Gran Turismo. This is a virtual prototype, designed for the game Gran Turismo 6, as several manufacturers and they have since 2013. A central tunnel creates downforce on this prototype, sticking to the floor at any speed and allowing a step fulminant curve. The technology of this car impresses itself, even at the theoretical level. A fuel cell generation – which converts hydrogen into electricity – powering four electric motors located in each wheel. The power of the fuel cell is 670 hp, but 201 additional hp earn through a system of regeneration of energy during braking recharges.
The combined power is 871 hp , a prodigious figure should only move a final weight of 972 kilos. This has been achieved thanks to a construction in which the polymer reinforced with carbon fiber (CFRP) is the lead actor, allowing power to weight ratio close to kilo horse. Hyundai says that while the car is based on technologies that respect the environment, the combination of cooling systems, and the sound of electric motors this car would sound like an airplane.
