The new generation JL Jeep Wrangler is about to complete its development. According to the latest statements of the own Sergio Marchionne will be presented before the end of the year, during the month of November. In the last year we have been able to analyze more than a few spy photos of this new generation, but in the vast majority of times the test units corresponding to the version Unlimited 4-door, plus the novel version pick-up, 4 doors, and on very few occasions we have been able to see the classic variant 2 doors short battle.
These are therefore the best images that we’ve been able to get from the version of 2 doors of the iconic off-road Jeep, as the previous had been taken from the distance and two units that are stationed, so that we had not been able to see them from all angles, as on this occasion.
The prototype spotted features the same type of camouflage that copies previously seen, but leaves bare the soft top, so that this is the variant of ceiling softtop Wrangler. The body is lined in vinyl and in the most critical areas, such as the front, we find the usual tarps black color, so in this issue we see the new features of the model.

Although the image of the Wrangler 2018 will be virtually identical to its predecessors, what is certain is that this new generation will be a considerable technological upgrade, since from the rack until the list of possible equipment available will be extensively renovated.
The model will have items of equipment never before seen, until now, as a rear-view camera, in addition to having the latest in terms of connectivity and information and entertainment. The new frame will be lighter and the range mechanical will have a range of mechanical renewed. However, the Wrangler will stay true to their concept of original, and not just on an aesthetic level, as will doors knockdown and setup of rack that will provide robust skills in off-road.
On an aesthetic level we will find ourselves with the classic silhouette of a Wrangler, but the details will be conveniently polished, including a slight redesign of the grille, optical type LED -at least in the versions more high – and new bumper. Will be presented in November, but will not reach the american licensees until the beginning of 2018, so in theory, you will have to wait a few more months to see this new generation in Europe.
