Jolyon Palmer, pilot, owner of Lotus in 2016


team Lotus announced after the no contest in the second free practice session of the Grand Prix of the united States the name of their second driver for the season 2016: Jolyon Palmer. The british, tester during this campaign, will partner with Pastor Maldonado in replacement of Romain Grosjean.

Champion of the GP2 in 2014, their full potential is the economic one: his father Jonathan Palmer (Formula 1 driver is also in the 80’s) account with a company that, among other properties, has the circuit of Brands Hatch and the rights of the british championship of Superbikes.
