Maverick Viñales has written his own script, perhaps as
spectacular as the film that gives it its name. For the moment, is
pre-season, but with two of the three test completed, the Yamaha rider is
the rival to beat. Over a single lap has proved intractable, and 1:28.549 in
the last day of testing at Phillip Island
demonstrates this well. In its wake,
Marc Marquez remains committed to respond to the new Yamaha rider though
the own problems of his RC213V, which appear to be minor seeing the good
performance he had Dani Pedrosa
to dismiss the path australian.

The day began with a practice session output
before you begin the actual fire. And Ducati emerged as the first protagonist with
their two riders under 1:30 at the first change. All in all,
Maverick Viñales did not leave room for improvisation and just an hour
after the start, left his seal with the 1:28.549 that would be the best time
of the day. Marc Marquez was placed shortly after a nearly three-tenths of Catalan,
while Dani Pedrosa was one of the pilots more active of the first
part of the session, although his best time came in his last laps of the day.

The good level of Jonas Folger was neither unnoticed at Phillip Island. The German managed to roll third party during large part of the day and finally fell to fourth position, overtaken by Pedrosa. All in all, the German to the back of the Yamaha Tech 3 managed to be faster than riders such as Cal Crutchlow and Alex Rins. Between tests of the compounds Michelin and a new suspension Ohlins, Andrea Dovizioso had to settle with the seventh place, just ahead of Jorge Lorenzo. Jack Miller and Aleix Espargaró were in charge of rounding out the top ten. Valentino Rossi ended eleventh.

With the majority of the fast times set during the
morning, the long runs and took some prominence, despite the work
concrete, which has carried out several pilots. In this phase of the test, Alex Rins suffered
a fall
, while Valentino Rossi focused his work on the new chassis
that Yamaha has brought to Phillip Island and it seems that it is to the liking of the
Italian. prilia came back to test the new fairing, while in KTM
they continued taking small steps forward, although the sixteenth post Pol
Espargaró and the eighteenth of Bradley Smith might not reflect the work
the signing of the austrian.
