In the Monaco GP of 1966 he produced the debut in the Formula 1, a new team: McLaren. Fifty years later, and after countless successes in the premier class of racing cars, the Woking want to pay appropriate homage to their beginnings through one of their production models.

This McLaren 570S M2B has been created for the occasion by McLaren Special Operations, and is characterized by an external body that looks the same decoration of the single-seater McLaren M2B original five decades ago. This is, painting ‘Pure White‘, crossed by a band longitudinal in green -a color that also starred in his front, and details in silver grey.

– Converted in one of the teams most iconic F1, when you think McLaren will come to the head decorations more recent, such as the white/red of the time of Senna and Prost or the most recent with the silver grey as a base. But in the history of the team founded by Bruce McLaren in 1963, there have been many more colorful characters, like this a tribute to its origins in white, green and silver.
