McLaren made his debut in the Formula 1 just 50 years ago. It was in the Monaco Grand Prix of 1966 and the vehicle, the McLaren M2B, although that first season did not get results that are too good, it was the beginning of a legacy that comes up today. To commemorate this fact, the brand of Woking has presented the McLaren 570S M2B, a special edition feeling.
Is a tribute to his first Formula 1 wearing your colour to one of their sports of the Sports Series. Little have to do with that M2B was driving the very Bruce McLaren three years after the founding of their team. What he does share is his body white stripe which crosses it longitudinally in the color green. This color will extend over the front and in addition there will be details in silver.
Apart from the appearance, there will be a few changes compared to the 570S series. Will continue to use the engine V8 biturbo engine of 3.8 liters, is able to develop nothing less than 570 HP and 600 Nm. Has a performance nearly the height of the of the Formula 1, accelerates 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds and reaches a maximum speed of 328 km/h. Its monocoque carbon makes it that despite only 1.313 kg
The McLaren 570S M2B will also have the double-wishbone suspension both front and back, with adjustable shocks. There will be three driving modes: Normal, Sport and Track. Another of the advantages are the brake carbocerámicos legacy of Formula 1.
