All in all, Norbert Michelisz has managed to score a time of 8:43.255 on his second flying lap, just before suffering a puncture and having to stop his Honda Civic WTCC. To eight-tenths has been Rob Huff, which has also had some tyre problems, although in the case of the british has been able to terminate the session and return to the pits.

Tom Chilton has been located in the third position after beating Nicky Catsburg, which was the fastest rider on the first lap. A step behind, Tiago Monteiro have scored a 8:48.588 that placed him in the seventh position, although the Portuguese has only managed two laps before acknowledging problems at the pump. Girolami, Guerrieri and Michigami have completed the first ten squares.

beyond the recurring problems of tires, Yann Ehrlacher suffered a spectacular accident in the area of the ‘Brünnchen’ which extended the yellow flag for 20 minutes. The young French rider of team RC Motorsport lost control and hit the barriers with his Lada Vesta WTCC. In addition, Thed Björk also got to complete a time in the session in spite of doing four laps. A fact to keep in mind after the limited work that had in the session of testing by a puncture.
