Paddy Lowe returns to Williams and Mika Hakkinen at McLaren

Paddy Lowe

As was rumored earlier, Paddy Lowe after leaving McLaren and his journey in the Mercedes, finally will be the new chief technical officer of Williams. The former technical director of Mercedes will be incorporated into Grove not only play that role, but also as a shareholder in the team. It has already been confirmed in an official manner, and that the rumors have ceased to be and is already a reality.

Paddy will work elbow to elbow with Claire Williams for the sake of the historic team. Also make it along to the manager Mike O’driscoll. This is not the first time that Paddy Lowe working on WIlliams, as it was in the past was part of the team of Grove from 1987 to 1993 before joining McLaren.

Mika Hakkinen

And not as a pilot, of course, makes him as ambassador. Something like that makes Lauda in Merecdes or Prost in a Renault, the old myths that is now joined by computers to represent them…

Hakkinen arrives in a very critical situation for the Woking and will work in the difficult year together with Zak Brown and Mike Flewitt. Will work hard to return McLaren to the top, although apparently seen, have a lot of work ahead of us to meet to make that possible. I hope they go well and can solve their problems soon, or otherwise you have a future rather complicated. Pedro Martinez de la Rosa has talked about Honda, and he agrees that this is the 3rd year and I do it well, and hope that the removal of the tokens to help them…
