Sales car: France – December 2015: The Dacia Sandero breaks into the Top 5

The Dacia Sandero continues to have a large pull

car sales in France logged 183.724 registrations in December, 12% in the same month of the previous year. In terms of the accumulated annual, in 2015 have been traded 1.917.230 units on the market gaul, which represents a growth of 7%.

The usual battle for the lead between the Renault Clio and the Peugeot 208 has fallen out of the side of the brand of diamond, this time with clarity. The third position has been for the Renault Capture, which has signed a great end of the year ahead of the Peugeot 308. One of the main protagonists has been the Dacia Sandero, which has improved their sales by 49% in relation to December of 2014 to achieve a superb 5th place. Also remarkable is the performance of the Renault Twingo (+30%) that takes the 9th position and the Renault Kadjar which sits on the Top 10.

In regard to the results of the manufacturers, Renault is kept to the front sound, followed by Peugeot and Citroën. Volkswagen is 4th but the Dieselgate seems to have taken a toll, and its sales have dropped by 15%. At the opposite pole is Mercedes (6) which brand is the fastest growing of the Top 10 (+33%).
