The new Volkswagen Tiguan has caused a sensation in Norway

car sales in Norway have suffered a slight setback in June, when enrolling 13.681 cars that pose 3.5% less in the same month last year. Despite this, the annual accumulated remains positive, with 77.749 units registered in the first half of the year (+4,5%).

The presence at the top of the ranking Volkswagen Golf, achieving almost double the sales of its main rivals, which is no surprise. The compact German always has been very popular in this market, but with the versions electrified Golf GTE and e-Golf is irresistible to the taste norwegians.

The second position is for the Mitsubishi Outlander, supporting their commercial strategy in the Outlander PHEV. The third place is the is the Volkswagen Passat, also thanks to the Passat GTE, which implies that the podium is identical to that of the last month of may. It is clear that to have versions plug-in hybrid is the key to success in this country.
