Sales November 2015: Mexico

Mexico is becoming in this 2015 one of the most dynamic markets in the car sector both in its region and all around the planet, with figures that continue to be unstoppable, reaching record numbers.

dodge_attitudeSnly during the past month of November the sales of new automobiles in Mexico (including light commercial vehicles, suvs, passenger cars and pick ups) rose by 13.0% in comparison with the same month of the previous year to reach the 126.211 units sold.

If we look at the accumulated of the year, the figures are still the best with a increase of 18.8% with respect to the same period of 2014 and a total volume of 1.190.985 units delivered to new customers, that is to say, almost 188.000 units more than the previous year.

Nissan-Versa-MY2015Between the protagonists that best results were obtained during November include Toyota (+25,5%), BMW (+29.2 per cent), Audi (+21.2 per Cent), Isuzu (+121,6%), Jaguar (+125,0%) and Subaru (+21,6%).

One more time Chevrolet Aveo has managed to be placed at the top of the market by keeping a distance important to the Nissan Versa. However, it is the VW Jetta the highlight of the month thanks to an increase of over 80% relative to the same month of the previous year.

Other products that have had a good month of November have been the Toyota Yaris, Honda City, Toyota Avanza, SEAT Toledo and Mazda2, the latter tripling the previous year’s figures.

Among the commercial vehicles Nissan takes the lead with the Pick-Up, that is already a classic in that position.
