The market of new cars in China it seems that it does not touch the ceiling. Sales of passenger cars and suvs in the country of the great wall does not stop growing and September has been a month very well. According to the Association of Automobile Manufacturers of China (CAAM) in the past month, registrations have grown by 26.1 per cent, reaching 2.564 million units.
If we review the evolution that you are experiencing the chinese market during the year so far, we can see that you have a health enviable. In the first nine months of this 2016 have been sold 19,36 million of new vehicles. This implies a growth, compared to the first nine months of 2015, 13.2 percent. These figures demonstrate that, although the country is not going through a good economic times, sales do not suffer at all by now.
From among these 2.5 million units sold during September we must mention hybrid vehicles. These, have reached during the period January to September of this year sales of 289,000 units. Of them, 44.000 units correspond to the month of September. These figures represent a growth of 100,6 per cent in the first nine months of the year and a 43.8 per cent in the month of September.
If we focus on electric vehicles its sales still are in the minority. Even so, during the month of September have managed to enroll over 35,000 units. These represent a growth regarding the same month of the last year of 63,1 per cent. Focusing in the first nine months of the year, the electrical have been sold losing 216,000 units, which represents an increase on the same period of the 128,4 percent.
In terms of production, China remains the country in which more units are manufactured per year. so far, 2016 has made 19,42 million cars new. This represents a rise of 13.3 per cent compared with the same period last year.
