The offensive SUV of the Volkswagen Group seems to have no end. The group has come late to the segment, but the model launches model that becomes a best seller. Tiguan Volkswagen has broken the mould and the new Seat Ateca and Skoda Kodiaq are prefigured as the new king of the segment. However the German conglomerate could allow some licenses to its trademarks to look for your style in the SUV world.
Within this type of vehicles , we could easily frame to the pick-up. You will say you have nothing to do, but with the evolution they have undergone this type of models to the asphalt every day is more like a SUV. In the Volkswagen Group we have the Amarok. The pick-up of Volkswagen has managed to carve a niche in this segment so hard but may soon have company in his family.
Thanks to Theophilus Chin, we can get an idea of how could it be a future pick-up of Skoda. The other day I talked about that the Czech brand could be thinking of jumping into the american market. It is true that their range of models present is attractive enough to consumers for the yankees to look at them, however it would still have to adjust a little more to the tastes of these demanding customers.
Skoda could use the platform of the Volkswagen Amarok to create a pick-up attractive and functional to hunt down customers more adventurous. Looking at the rendering of Theophilus the pick-up of Skoda would keep all the features of the front of the Kodiaq. These lines would be maintained until the B-pillar, a place that would change the silhouette of the model.
In the words of Werner Eichhorn, head of sales and global marketing of Skoda, the idea of to launch this model could be studied. However, we should keep in mind that for the brand dares to bring it to market should be very clear that it will be economically feasible, but, will not dare to do this. For which you are analyzing the possibilities and capacities of the markets that could arrive.
