Williams has finally decided to its lineup of riders for the season 2017, in which all the teams face a profound change of regulation at the technical level. To do this, the team, Grove has decided to have a mix of experience and juventud, as Lance Stroll will accompany Valtteri Bottas.

Lance Stroll, young canadian driver who this year has won the European Championship of F3 (former F3 Euroseries), passed the program of young pilots Ferrari team Williams with the clear goal of getting to the Formula 1.
For his part, Valtteri Bottas will face their fifth season in the team that saw him debut in the Formula 1, after some dabbling with other formations, which, finally, has not come to fruition. Williams was interested in Jenson Button and Sergio Perez among others, but eventually both refused to be part of the mythical team of Sir Frank Williams and Sir Patrick Head.
The announcement has been delayed until Stroll has attained the age of 18 years on the 29th of October, mainly to not have legal problems or image with the main sponsor of Williams-Martini.
