In the past Geneva motor show was presented a model highly anticipated in the brand of the four rings: the Audi Q2. The new small SUV came with dimensions of 4,19 meters long, 1,79 meters wide and 1,51 m high; in addition to a reduced weight of 1.205 kg. Last week began its production in the factory Ingolstadt, where it is expected to go about 450 vehicles per day.
Although the first units will fall, since the mid of this July has already accepted orders for the Audi Q2. One of the main features of the new SUV is dynamic exterior with elements such as the characteristic grille Singleframe and the C-pillar in silver. In the interior there will be a design modern and clear, with items that we have already seen in other models such as the A1 or the A3.
Another of the advantages that has the Q2 is a attractive range of engines. Will be formed by three options petrol TFSI and three diesel TDI. We will have the 1.0 TFSI with 116 HP, the 1.4 TFSI with 150 HP and the 2.0 TFSI with 190 HP as the top of range. On the other hand will be the 1.6 TDI with 116 HP and the 2.0 TDI with two power levels: 150 and 190 HP. Series will come with manual change of six speeds, but optionally it will be the automatic S Tronic seven-speed.
The Audi Q2 will also get some skills off-road thanks to the all-wheel drive quattro in the more powerful engines and a high ground clearance of 20 centimeters. Has not yet been revealed the full price list, but if we know we will have a starting price in Spain 25.950 euros. This price will be for the basic version 1.0 TFSI, while the diesel 1.6 TDI will start at the 26.400 euros.
