The BMW 8 Series is now official and it is spectacular

The prototype was unveiled before its official debut that will take place this same weekend at the Concorso d’eleganza Villa d’este.

it Is a sporty luxury that brings back a name emblematic, for a decade, gave life to the 840Ci and 850Ci, equipped with engines of eight and twelve cylinders, respectively. Like its predecessor, the new 8 Series is also a two-door, which comes with a body look aggressive and muscular, especially for his wheel arches bulging and their alloy wheels of 21 inches.

The front features a huge air inlets, a splitter in carbon fiber and a few optical groups main equipped with laser lights. At the back stands out its diffuser in carbon fiber, and an exhaust system dual that includes a format exits trapezoid, in addition to a few rear headlights with OLED technology.

The interior is of minimalist design, with a dashboard and driver-focused. The dashboard is digital and configurable, the sports steering wheel has spokes, aluminum hand-polished and Alcantara, while the seats surround carbon fiber-wrapped in Alcantara. The carbon fiber also says this in the center console and in the doors.

That hides under the hood the BMW 8 Series concept is still a mystery, as the bavarian manufacturer has not yet provided official information. However, first reports suggest that when the new 8 Series will reach the market next year, you will have three alternatives mechanical, a six-cylinder of 3.0 liters, a V8 of 4.4 litres and a V12 6.6-liter.
