Equipped with bodywork Combi, this new Fabia will see the light at the end of 2016, or are already in 2017.
Skoda is going to perform in short a slight facelift to the small Fabia, for which already has what appears to be a unit of pre-series rolling around in its testing of final validation, this copy with the variant of the automobile Station wagon that has been able to be captured by our photographers circulating on the open road. With a slight camouflage, this mule testing just keeps hidden your front and your behind, those portions susceptible of slight redesign that the Czech brand is going to perform in the utility.
Of rest, the new Fabia presents the same volumes and shapes that the current generation, without major changes, and as you can see in the prototype recently hunted, that it had no camouflage in the intermediate area, doors and lower included.
The vinyl of camouflage can barely cover the new features of the front, where we appreciate many similarities with the rest of the new models in the Czech republic. The optical group front seem to acquire the new trapezoidal shapes, more sharp, as seen in the models Octavia and Superb, as well as a front grille redesigned, very similar to the current one but slightly changes its forms with respect to the Fabia current, especially in its side edges.
The camouflage was limited to the front and behind.
The bumpers are also subject to the new redesign in the front , we can find new lines and a new grille lower black, now with patterns, polygonal, more marked. In this same area we can see the pilots fog lamps, located at the same position, but given the camouflage that hides we understand that this area will also be subject to slight changes.
In the rear area the camouflage does not allow us to elucidate the new features if, however, the pilots in the rear of this mule testing appear to be similar to the Fabia current and the shapes of the bumper and the large tailgate to the naked eye seem identical.
This new restyling of the Skoda Fabia should be presented at the end of
this year or early next, with a date of
marketing as possible to mid 2017.
