The Mercedes-AMG GT3 #89 of AKKA-ASP has registered the time
faster of the two test days for the Blancpain GT Series 2017. The GT3 of
the French training has been a time of 1:56.558, time that has
served to overcome by less than a tenth of the Lamborghini Hurricane GT3 #27 of the
Orange 1 Team Lazarus. The last day of testing at Paul Ricard
completed with up to 18 cars in the same second during the morning session.
Up to 12 cars have been moved in this range in the afternoon session, where a
large number of teams have marked their best times.
The second day of testing at Paul Ricard has been disputed
under superb conditions, so that the pilots have not had problems
in lowering the times of the previous day in some tenths. In this aspect,
the pilots of AKKA-ASP have been highlighted, not only for the best time in the #89,
but because the Mercedes-AMG GT3 #87 of Dani Juncadella has been terminated with the
fourth-best time of the day, overtaken by just a tenth for the Audi R8 LMS
GT3 #26. Have also left symptom of speed one of the couples strong
Mercedes as is the formed by Maximilian Buhk and Dominik Baumann.
All in all, almost all the manufacturers have had a car
among the fastest in the official test of the Blancpain GT Series, Herbert
Motorsport has placed its Porsche 911 GT3 R among the best in the session
that evening, while the BMW M6 GT3 #98 has also had a performance
highlight of the hand of ROWE Racing and its drivers Michael Zehe and Markus
Palttala. Even Emil Frey Racing has cast his Jaguar G3 between the times of
fast, as it has done Kaspersky Motorsport with the Ferrari 488 GT3
piloted by Giancarlo Fisichella and Marco Cioci.
In regard to the spaniards, the Bentley Continental
GT3 #7 of Andy Soucek was among the best during the two days, although
the time on the track of the Spanish rider has been somewhat reduced by sharing
the six drivers of Bentley the same GT3. Something similar has lived Lucas Ordoñez,
the whole time the Team RJN Motorsport has also lined up a only Nissan GT-R NISMO
GT3 for all the pilots of the japanese brand. Dani Juncadella has also
had to share its Mercedes-AMG GT3 #87 with up to four riders
AKKA-ASP Motorsport, while Miguel Molina has had more time in
track with the Ferrari of SMP Racing. More discrete has been the performance of the Mercedes in which it competes Miguel Toril.
