Video: Suzuki iK-2 and iM-4 analyzed in greater detail

  

Suzuki introduced the prototypes iK-2 and iM-4 in Geneva. It is a small SUV and a hatchback utilizing a compact hybrid powertrain , and now show video.


 

Suzuki-iM-4-Concept E l Geneva Motor Show was the location chosen by Suzuki to debut two prototypes based on a new platform and provided an unprecedented hybrid technology, promise to shape two products to be manufactured in series.

One is the iM-4 Concept, a conceptual work showing the outlines of a future compact SUV, while also showed the iK-2 Concept, a hatchback compact than the brand plans to take into production in 2016 and will be located as a more spacious than the Swift alternative.

Both models hide under the hood for 1.0-liter Boosterjet turbo equipped with system direct injection , which is not specified power level or benefits. They also will be offered in versions equipped with hybrid system called SHVS (Smart Hybrid Vehicle by Suzuki) which achieves excellent fuel economy and low CO2 emissions.

The hybrid system also incorporates a system that collects braking energy in a number of lithium ions arranged for this purpose, achieving improved energy efficiency. After the first official photographs, Suzuki released two videos through which can be seen both products further.
